We do our best to collect your insurance information and contact your insurance company prior to your appointment in order to assist in expediting your claim. Please bring your insurance card and any relevant information with you to your visit.
We ask that you please understand that we do not work for any insurance company — we work 100% for our patients. While we feel that dental insurance can be a great benefit, the treatment we recommend and the fees we charge will always be based on your individual needs, not your insurance coverage.
